The TSTC Board of Regents establishes policies
that it deems necessary and proper to direct and govern the activities
of the college and to assure compliance with legislative intent.
Only the Board may set policy.
The TSTC Board of Regents establishes policies
required to fulfill the TSTC’s role and mission, and it delegates
to management the responsibility for implementing these policies.
Implementation is done, in part, through System Operating Standards
(SOS) and College Operating Procedures (COP).
